How does delivery work and how much does it cost?
Orders are shipped via delivery services GLS, Pošta Slovenije or DHL.
The delivery cost is EUR 3.99, but for purchases over EUR 50.00, delivery is free.
All orders placed on weekdays by 12 PM are dispatched on the same or next business day, and delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.
Do you offer express delivery or in-person pickup?
Yes. For the Ljubljana and surrounding area, we offer express same-day delivery (EUR 6.99 or EUR 2.99 for purchases over EUR 50).
Personal pickup is possible every weekday between 9 AM and 5 PM at Baton d.o.o., Medno 70, 1210 Ljubljana by prior arrangement on 080 34 05.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept cash on delivery (cash or card), credit cards (Mastercard, VISA, Maestro, American Express), Mobile Pay, Revolut Pay, PayPal, and bank transfer (proforma invoice).
