Availability of Information

Baton d.o.o. undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:

company identity (company name and registered office, registration and tax number),
contact details that enable fast and efficient communication with the user (email, phone),
essential characteristics of goods or services (including after-sales services and warranties),
product availability (every product offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
product delivery terms (method, place, and time of delivery),
all prices must be clearly and unequivocally defined, and it must be clearly shown whether they include taxes and transport costs,
payment and delivery methods,
validity period of the offer,
period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, whether and how much it costs the buyer to return the product,
explanation of the complaint procedure, including all contact person details or customer service contact.

Product Offer and Prices

All prices in the MAMMI.ECO online store include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of order placement and do not have a predetermined validity.

Order and Prices

The sales contract between Baton d.o.o. and the buyer in the MAMMI.ECO online store is concluded at the moment Baton d.o.o. sends the buyer the first email confirming their order. From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both Baton d.o.o. and the buyer.

The sales contract (i.e., the first email about the order status) is stored in electronic form on the www.mammi.eco server and is available to consumers upon written request.

Payment and Delivery

Ordered products will be delivered to the buyer within the agreed timeframe. Packages are sent via DPD or GLS delivery service. Express shipments (delivery on the same business day) are handled by a personal courier. We reserve the right to choose another delivery service if we can fulfill the order more efficiently this way. Delivery costs are charged to the buyer at the time of purchase. The delivery time for all submitted orders is 1-3 business days. All orders are typically dispatched on the same or the next business day at the latest.

The table below shows standard and express delivery options. If the buyer opts for EXPRESS delivery, they must indicate this in the comments when placing the order.
Orders with prepayment are an exception. Such orders are sent as soon as we receive payment in our business account. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are generally dispatched on the next business day.

In exceptional cases, delivery time may be extended, so we kindly ask buyers who wish to receive their shipment as soon as possible to specify this in the comments when placing the order.

Payment Method

MAMMI.ECO online store offers the following payment methods:

upon delivery in cash or by credit card (payment made directly to the courier),
upon purchase by credit card (Mastercard, VISA, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB),
upon purchase by proforma invoice (the buyer receives a proforma invoice via email),
upon purchase with PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Personal Collection

is possible every business day from 9 AM to 3 PM at the address Baton d.o.o., MAMMI.ECO ONLINE STORE, Medno 70, 1210 Ljubljana, by prior arrangement on the phone 040 301 301. We will confirm personal collection after receiving your payment to our business account or when you send us proof of payment to our email address info@mammi.eco.

Invoice Issuance

After payment and delivery of ordered items, Baton d.o.o. will also send an invoice to the buyer via email. The invoice will detail the price and all costs associated with the purchase.

Discount Codes

A discount code or promotional code offers various benefits when purchasing through the MAMMI.ECO online store www.mammi.eco. An active code can be found on the front page of an advertisement, in an email from Baton d.o.o., or in other media. The code offers various benefits, from different gifts to discounts. Each code is always time-limited and must be redeemed within a limited period, otherwise it is invalid.

How to use a discount code:

Select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.
At checkout, at the top right, click on the text "Click here to enter code" and enter the discount code in the "coupon code" box, then click the "Redeem coupon" button.
Only one discount code can be used per purchase.
Promotions, discount codes, and free shipping usually do not stack and are mutually exclusive, unless specifically stated otherwise that they do stack.
Once you enter the discount code, the value of the discount code is automatically deducted from your order price. The remaining amount needs to be paid.

Purchase Process

Product Selection: On the www.mammi.eco website, select the product and click on the "Add to Cart" link. The system will inform you that the product has been successfully added to the cart. If you wish to continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" link on the left to return to the online store. If you wish to complete your purchase, click the "Checkout" link on the right, and the system will take you to the checkout.
Removing a product from the shopping cart: On the www.mammi.eco website, in the upper right corner, there is a shopping cart icon, which (after clicking on the icon) displays the products that the user added to the shopping cart while browsing the online store. If the user wishes to remove a specific product from the shopping cart, they must click on the trash can icon or select quantity 0. If the user wishes to add a specific product to the cart, they must click on the "Continue Shopping" link. Clicking this link returns them to the online store.
Completing the purchase: To complete the order, you need to fill in the required fields;
3.1. Payer Information: You must provide the required contact information, marked with a red asterisk (email address, first name, last name, street, postal code, city, country, and mobile phone number), which we need for order confirmation and completion, and product delivery.
3.2. Your Order: The user can choose home delivery with DPD or GLS delivery service or personal collection at the pick-up point: Baton d.o.o., Medno 70, 1210 Ljubljana-Šentvid.
3.3. Payment Method: You can choose between: payment by proforma invoice, cash on delivery, PayPal payment, or credit card payment (according to the published list of cards in the online store).
3.4. Coupons: If the user has a valid discount coupon, they click on the "Apply Discount Code" field and enter the code in the "Enter Discount Code" field and click the APPLY DISCOUNT button.
3.5. Order Summary: The products that the user added to the shopping cart while browsing the online store are displayed. The product price, delivery cost, VAT amount, and total amount to be paid are visible in the order summary before the order is finalized.
3.6. Order Completion: The user can review the provided delivery information, the chosen payment method, and the contents of the shopping cart. The user confirms the order by clicking the "PLACE ORDER" button. If the order was successfully completed, a "Thank you for your purchase!" message and the user's order number will be displayed on the screen. The user will also receive an order confirmation to their email address within a few seconds of placing the order.

Purchase Notification Process

After placing an order, the buyer receives an email notification that the order has been accepted. Baton d.o.o. may call the buyer on their contact phone number to verify data or to ensure accurate delivery.

The purchase process for legal entities is exactly the same as for natural persons, except that the buyer also enters the company name and tax number at the checkout. Payment and delivery options are also the same.

Liability for Material Defects

The seller is responsible for material defects that the item had at the time the risk passed to the buyer, regardless of whether they were aware of it or not. The seller is also responsible for those material defects that appear after the risk has passed to the buyer if they are due to a cause that existed before that time. Insignificant material defects are not taken into account.

Security

Baton d.o.o. uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data and payments.

Protection of Personal Data

Baton d.o.o. stores the following customer data indefinitely: first and last name, email address, contact phone number, primary address and delivery addresses, time and date, and purchase value. Baton d.o.o. uses the mentioned personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending informational materials, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication with the user. User data will in no case be handed over to unauthorized persons. The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data, by ensuring the security of their email address, username, and password, as well as appropriate software (antivirus) protection for their computer.

Communication

Baton d.o.o. will contact the user through means of distance communication only if the user explicitly does not object. Promotional electronic and/or SMS messages will contain the following elements:

they will be clearly and unequivocally marked as promotional messages, the sender will be clearly identifiable,
various campaigns, promotions, prize games, and other marketing techniques will be marked as such,
the conditions for participation in them will also be clearly defined,
the method of unsubscribing from receiving promotional messages will be clearly presented,
the user's wish not to receive promotional messages will be explicitly respected.

Ratings, Opinions, and Recommendations

The opinions, ratings, and recommendations written by customers are part of the online store's functionality and are intended for the community of all users. The MAMMI.ECO online store www.mammi.eco allows any user of the online store to write an opinion, but Baton d.o.o. reviews them before final publication. Baton d.o.o. will not publish opinions or contributions that are in any way offensive, inappropriate, or that, in the opinion of Baton d.o.o., do not provide benefit to other users and visitors.

We reserve the right to disable the website or disable access to it due to technical or other problems and maintenance, which also means disabling or hindering the use of the online store. In case of technical problems on the website, we reserve the right to cancel placed orders that were affected by the technical error. In case of cancellation of orders, we will inform you as soon as possible and inform you about further steps. You must ensure adequate protection of your equipment (antivirus protection, etc.) before accessing and using the website. The buyer must ensure the appropriate security and confidentiality of the data used for logging in to the website (email address, password).

Complaints and Disputes

Baton d.o.o. complies with applicable European consumer protection legislation and strives to the best of its ability to fulfill its duty to establish an effective system for handling complaints and to designate a person with whom the customer can communicate by phone or email in case of problems.

Complaints are submitted via the email address info@mammi.eco. The complaint handling process is confidential. Baton d.o.o. will confirm receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the customer how long it will take to process it, and keep them informed of the progress of the procedure.

Baton d.o.o. is aware that a key characteristic of consumer disputes, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle preventing the consumer from initiating a dispute before the court. Therefore, Baton d.o.o. makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably. In the case of judicial resolution of disputes, the competent court is the court of the consumer's permanent residence.

Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for resolving consumer disputes that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.
