Delivery
We ship packages via GLS, Pošta Slovenije, or DHL. We reserve the right to choose a different delivery service if we can fulfill the order more efficiently, but in such a case, we will inform the customer via email. Delivery costs for standard home deliveries or to parcel lockers within the Republic of Slovenia are €3.99 and are free for purchases of at least €50.00 (purchase value including VAT, excluding delivery costs).

In the case of personal pickup at the company's headquarters, the customer does not pay delivery costs.

Personal pickup is possible every working day from 9:00 to 17:00 at Baton d.o.o., Medno 70, 1210 Ljubljana, by prior arrangement by calling 040 301 301.
The delivery time for all placed orders is 1–3 working days. All orders are usually dispatched on the same, or at the latest, the next working day.
An exception is orders marked with proforma invoice payment. Such orders are sent as soon as we receive the transfer to our business account. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are usually dispatched immediately on the next working day.
In exceptional cases, delivery time may be extended, so we kindly ask customers, if they wish to receive the shipment as soon as possible, to write this in the comments when placing the order.
