Right of the consumer to withdraw from the contract

In the case of distance contracts, the consumer has the right to unequivocally inform Baton d.o.o. within 14 days, via email ([email protected]) or any other communication channel, that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to state a reason for their decision.

The consumer must return the goods to the company within 14 days of notifying them of the withdrawal from the order. The consumer returns the goods to the address: Baton d.o.o., Medno 70, 1210 Ljubljana, Slovenia. The only cost incurred by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the order is the direct cost of returning the goods.

The consumer must return the item to the seller undamaged and in an unchanged quantity, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost, or its quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer. When returning the goods, the consumer must also send the invoice for the goods, personal data, and the transaction account to which they wish to receive the refund. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the notification of withdrawal from the contract.

When withdrawing from a contract where a promotional code or discount code was used, these funds are considered a discount and are not returned to the user. Only the amount paid will be returned to the user's bank account, and the promotional code will be returned to the user in the form of a new code.
